Warren Tekian

Milford:

Warren Tekian, 81, of Milford died on August 7 at Genesis, Milford Center.

He was born in Milford; son of the late Warren and Rose (Apakian) Tekian. He was raised and educated in Milford and was a graduate of Milford High School and Worcester State College.

Prior to his retirement Warren had been a teacher for many years of the 4th and 5th grades in the Milford School System. He had also for many years been an employee of the Stop & Shop in Milford. He was a member of Montgomery Lodge of Masons in Milford and the First Congregational Church of Milford.

Warren is survived by his brother John Tekian of Danbury, CT. and several cousins and close friends.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, August 12 at 11:am in the Watson Colonial Funeral Home, 24 Congress St. Milford. Burial will follow in Vernon Grove Cemetery. A visitation period will be held prior to the funeral from 9:30 to 11:am.
