Rachel Stewart Obituary

Rachel A. (Kellett) Stewart, 76, affectionately known as RaeRae or Nana, originally from Milford, MA passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Saturday, April 13, 2024 after a long illness.

Rachel was born in in Milford, MA, daughter of the late James E. and Rachel A. (Gubana) Kellett of Milford, MA. Rachel was a graduate of Milford High School, class of 1966. she attended Cape Cod Community College and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bridgewater State University, class of 1978. She was employed by Mutual One Bank in Natick, MA, as an Assistant Vice President, community Outreach Liaison and Administrative Director of the Charitable Foundation.

Rachel loved her work, traveling, art, music, and especially loved the beach. She was very artistic and excelled in floral design, ceramics, decorating and fashion. Rachel is survived by two daughters, Dawn M. Roche and her husband Marty Roche Jr., Wendy A. Stewart and her three treasured grandchildren, Matthew, Aaron and Zoe. She was predeceased by by her brother, James E. Kellett II.

Rachel's funeral will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 12:pm at Sacred Heart Church, 187 Hopedale St. Hopedale, MA. Calling hours will be held at the church prior to the mass  from 11:am to 12:pm. Burial will be private at a later date.
